In this role, you will support our financial operations by assisting with daily administrative tasks, client communications, and financial data processing. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of financial documents.
• Support client onboarding by gathering necessary information and documentation.
• Manage financial data entry and ensure accuracy in reports and records.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone regarding account updates and inquiries.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team in debt management and repayment planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic financial software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
