REMOTE Financial Analyst for Healthcare Organization

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Hospital Financial Analyst to join our healthcare finance team. This remote role is ideal for a financial professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for improving healthcare operations through data-driven insights. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in healthcare finance and hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial data related to hospital operations, revenue cycles, patient billing, and cost containment
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders
• Develop financial forecasts, models, and budgets to support hospital strategic planning
• Collaborate with department heads to monitor and manage budget performance
• Identify opportunities to optimize financial performance and improve reimbursement processes
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and adherence to accounting standards and healthcare regulations
• Present findings and recommendations to finance leadership and executives

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare financial analyst role
• Strong knowledge of healthcare financial systems, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SQL, AS400, Meditech, Oracle, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Remote (Los Angeles, CA preferred)

Salary Range:

$70,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience)
