Key Responsibilities
Assess and interpret financial information, encompassing revenues, expenditures, cost forecasts, and fiscal models.
Draft and scrutinize CCBHC Cost Reports, budgets, and corresponding financial documentation.
Propose actionable strategies to bolster financial sustainability, including evaluating and interpreting PPS results, tracking variances, pinpointing trends, and recommending corrective measures.
Communicate clear and actionable financial analyses to stakeholders, including senior management and team members.
Required Skills
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
5-10 years of experience in fiscal management or administration, particularly emphasizing financial systems and governance.
Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices.
Proficiency in auditing, billing compliance evaluations, and trend analysis related to outpatient treatment services and behavioral health clinics.
Familiarity with CCBHC operations, healthcare billing, and regulatory policies impacting behavioral health provider revenue.
Capability to collaborate efficiently with executive teams and personnel to achieve project objectives.
