[Remote] Financial Analyst (6-Month Contract, Extendable Based on Performance)

They are seeking a Financial Analyst to collect and analyze financial information, ensure compliance with grant requirements, and prepare financial reports and applications. Responsibilities • Collect and analyze financial information and documentation from clients • Verify financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with grant requirements • Prepare and submit detailed financial reports and grant applications • Liaise with clients to gather additional information and clarify financial details as needed • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation • Stay updated on Australia government grant regulations and guidelines • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of applications • Provide regular updates and reports on the status of grant applications to management Skills • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in financial analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively • Knowledge of government grant processes and regulations is a plus but not essential Benefits • HMO Coverage for eligible locations • Permanent work from home • Immediate hiring • Freelance job • A company that really focuses on work–life balance and incorporates generous annual leave/sick leave package.
