Responsibilities
ā¢ Translate complex finance concepts into structured, AI-readable formats
ā¢ Prompt, test, and refine AI agents for improved finance-specific performance
ā¢ Create reusable instructions, templates, and best practices for AI agents
ā¢ Apply finance expertise to guide AI reasoning in modeling, transactions, and research workflows
ā¢ Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers on validation and design efforts
Skills
ā¢ Strong years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or hedge funds
ā¢ Strong practical understanding of financial modeling, transactions, or research workflows
ā¢ Demonstrated expertise using and prompting AI tools such as GPT or Claude
ā¢ Ability to write clear, structured content for both human and AI consumption
ā¢ Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable working independently
ā¢ Eligibility to work from the US, Canada, England, Australia, or New Zealand
