[Remote] Finance Transformation Leader: 26-00118

They are seeking a Finance Transformation Leader to redefine finance operations using advanced technologies and data insights, leading large-scale finance modernization projects and fostering a predictive finance department. Responsibilities • Redesign end-to-end finance processes, including Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Financial Reporting, to minimize handoffs and speed up close cycles • Lead cloud ERP modernization efforts, primarily focusing on SAP S/4HANA, to ensure a cohesive and reliable financial data ecosystem • Utilize finance data for forecasting, spend optimization, and scenario modeling, applying automation and AI for enhanced decision-making • Develop scalable cloud architecture strategies in partnership with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to facilitate real-time insights and predictive forecasting • Maintain a strong enterprise architecture mindset, driving initiatives that enable finance to be more proactive and forward-looking Skills • Proven experience in ERP (especially SAP S/4HANA) transformation and modernization projects • Deep understanding of data analytics and management within the finance domain • Strong competence in deploying automation and AI/ML technologies to revolutionize finance functions • Candidates with a background in finance transformation consulting, ERP transformation programs, finance systems and data leadership roles, or as product/program leaders in finance platforms are highly desirable Company Overview • Akraya is your trusted partner for Digital Transformation.
