Ā Lead the annual audit process by collaborating with external auditors and organizing necessary documentation.
Ā Work closely with program directors to align financial resources with the goals of various programs.
Ā Provide training and support to staff on financial policies and procedures, fostering a culture of financial literacy.
Required Skills
Ā Profound understanding of non-profit financial management practices, including grant accounting and compliance.
Ā Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Ā Proficiency in financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ā Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Ā A genuine passion for the non-profit mission and a commitment to maintaining fiscal integrity.
Qualifications
Ā A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or CPA is preferred.
Ā Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial position, preferably within the non-profit sector.
