Remote Finance Attorney - Practice Support (Non-Partnership Track Position)
Unique opportunity for an experienced Finance Attorney looking for a more flexible role while still working in a law firm setting. Were working with an AmLaw Finance practice seeking to hire a Finance Practice Support Attorney (can be Remote). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with Finance practice experience whos ready to leave the demands of a full-time Associate or Counsel position but still wants to contribute meaningfully to a top-tier practice.
Ideal Candidate:
Law firm practice experience in Banking/Finance transactions, ideally at the Mid/Senior Associate or Counsel levels (experience in fund formation matters helpful as well).
Experience drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, especially in Finance transactions.
Strong organizational skills and an interest in mentoring and training junior attorneys.
Looking for a more flexible role while staying in a law firm environment (great alternative to going in-house).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain forms and templates for the practice group.
Train junior attorneys on diligence processes.
Negotiate routine transactional documentation involved in Finance transactions, including customary legal opinions, deposit account control agreements, and more.
Evaluate and test new legal technology to improve efficiency.
Position Highlights:
Pay Range: $175,000$225,000
Flexibility: Fully remote role with a more traditional work schedule. Some travel for training sessions is preferred.
Office Option: If you prefer an in-office experience, the firm has offices in multiple major cities.
