[Remote] Field Sales Representative, field based remote in Seattle, WA

The Field Sales Representative role is critical to driving revenue growth and building relationships with major retail customers and distributor networks in the assigned territory. Responsibilities Create, build and maintain strong partnerships with Distributors, Retailers, and independent retailers to grow the Liquid Death Portfolio in assigned territory Apply company sales strategies in key markets to dominate the premium water category Communicate to our Distributor Partners to execute in trade execution with upcoming promotional programs and activities Identifying new opportunities with Distributor Partners to grow sales Marketplace execution, maximizing distribution & securing high-value retail space Executing up to 15 field sales visits per day depending on geography & initiatives Skills Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent in Business or Sales Marketing 1+ years of field based sales experience within the Beverage and distributor sales environment preferred Proficiency working in VIP and/or Karma preferred Direct store delivery (DSD) experience preferred An entrepreneurial spirit (forward thinker, owner mentality) with willingness to adapt to company changes to meet company hyper growth needs Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets Must possess a valid driver license and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations required Willingness to meet the high field based travel needs of the role: 80% of customer visits are in the greater Seattle, Washington metro area 20% of customer base are in the Tacoma, Washington market (within a 2 to 3 hour drive in market which may require some overnight stays) Cross market blitzes (will go to another state to support sales blitz activity as needed) Excellent presentation and communication skills Familiarity with Google Workspace (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint), Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) Ability to stand in store and sit in a vehicle for extended periods of time Ability to carry equipment and product up to 50 lbs Safely operate personal vehicle to fulfill work-related duties; this position involves driving a personal vehicle for work-related purposes Benefits Blue Shield medical plans with HMO (CA Only), PPO, and HDHP options (including an HSA) FSA and Dependent Care FSA Guardian dental and vision coverage Life insurance AD&D Disability benefits Employee-paid options like accident, hospitalization, and critical illness coverage 100% of your Empower Retirement contributions up to 4% after just three months Student Loan Retirement Match Headspace ClassPass memberships Robust EAP SNOO Bassinets Nationwide pet insurance 17 paid holidays Flex PTO Travel assistance Company Overview Liquid Death is a non-alcoholic beverage brand that is focused on health and sustainability.
