Job Summary:
We are seeking a nationally certified, licensed healthcare provider to provide primary and specialty nursing and medical care in a virtual care setting. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and intuitive healthcare professional with excellent diagnostic skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will work collaboratively with our team of physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients, with a focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic health problems.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to all patients in a safe and efficient manner
Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and utilize evidence-based medicine protocols for targeted diagnosis and treatment
Conduct thorough medical histories, perform complete physical examinations, and initiate lab orders and diagnostic tests as needed
Educate patients regarding their disease and treatment plans, and provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention
Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive care to our patients
Utilize electronic health records and other digital health technologies to provide high-quality, efficient care
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Education Program or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Program
Nationally certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active licensure in GA, AL, FL, NC, SC, TN, or VA
Minimum 3 years of experience in direct patient care, with at least 1 year of experience in a telehealth or virtual care setting
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with reliable high-speed internet and a professional work environment
