They are seeking a Creative Project Manager with strong UGC video production experience to manage paid social creative production, focusing on performance marketing and collaboration with various creative teams. Responsibilities • Own paid social creative production end-to-end, from concept ideation to final asset delivery • Develop and pitch data-driven creative concepts aligned with performance goals • Brief, coordinate, and manage creative teams (copywriters, designers, editors, producers) • Lead UGC video production, including creator sourcing, coordination, feedback, and revisions • Manage creators, actors, influencers, contracts, and payments • Prepare and organize scripts and assets for video shoots (no script writing required) • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget • Collaborate closely with media buyers, brand managers, and creative strategists • Use performance data (CTR, retention, CPA, etc.) to guide testing, iteration, and optimization • Oversee external suppliers and production partners as needed Skills • Proven experience managing paid social creative production for DTC / eCommerce brands • Strong experience with UGC video production for performance marketing • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager • Experience producing ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube • Strong understanding of social media trends and performance metrics • Solid project management and process ownership skills • Experience managing creators, editors, producers, and external vendors • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fully remote, fast-paced environment • DTC / B2C eCommerce experience required • CVs must be submitted in English • Experience in supplements, natural health, or wellness is a strong advantage Benefits • Strong salary package – we pay for impact and ownership • Paid holidays – take real time off, no guilt • Work from anywhere – fully remote, globally distributed team • Flexible working hours – aligned to EU (GMT) time zone Company Overview • Happy Mammoth is an e-commerce company for health supplements.
