[Remote] Expansion Executive

As an Expansion Executive, you will drive growth within Fortune 500 customer accounts by identifying new opportunities, up-selling, and cross-selling solutions to enhance customer engagement and success.ResponsibilitiesManage the complex expansion sales process from lead generation and discovery to contract negotiation and close with multiple C-Level stakeholders within current customer accountsDeliver against all revenue targets and all key performance metricsBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligenceDrive revenue expansion within existing customer accounts by uncovering new use cases, teams, and business unitsDemonstrate ownership of all aspects of territory managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer success and revenue generationRepresent Smartling at industry events, networking, and when presenting our solutionsUpdate Salesforce daily with accurate customer and pipeline dataSkills1+ years of SaaS B2B sales experience selling solutions and services to executive leaders at enterprise-level organizationsTrack record of overachieving against quota ($1M+ of ARR)Proven success developing new opportunities within an established customer portfolio of enterprise-level customersPrevious Consultative Sales Methodology training desiredStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environmentCompelling communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsVertical market expertise in either E-commerce, Travel and Hospitality or Technology sectorsExperience within either Marketing, Content Management, or BPM Industry sectorsExperience with the Salesforce platformBachelor's degree or equivalentA home office setup conducive to working remotely, and the ability to work effectively as a remote team memberBenefits401(k) + company matchHealth insurance; free medical plan for you and your familyFlexible PTO + 11 holidays; generous parental leaveEmployee referral program and Apple equipmentCompany OverviewSmartling is a language service and technology provider helping customers to localize content across devices and platforms.
