[Remote] Executive Consultant (f/m/d) Leadership & Organizational Consulting | Native German Level - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. atrain is a global leadership consultancy working with top Global 1000 organizations, and they are seeking an Executive Consultant to act as a senior partner to clients at the highest levels of their organizations. The role involves designing and delivering leadership and development work, building long-term client relationships, and supporting the growth of team members.
Responsibilities
ā¢ You design and deliver leadership, assessment, and development work for complex organizational realities, translating ambiguity into clarity and action
ā¢ You build long-term client relationships, recognize meaningful opportunities, and help shape engagements through insight and credibility, not pitching
ā¢ You take shared commercial accountability for the growth and success of your client portfolio, contributing directly to sustainable revenue and long-term partnerships
ā¢ You support and challenge colleagues, contribute to consulting quality, and help grow the maturity of teams and individuals
Skills
ā¢ A strong academic background (Master's or PhD) in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
ā¢ Several years of experience in executive-level consulting, leadership development, assessment, or comparable advisory work
ā¢ The ability to deliver complex client work and grow trusted relationships with C-level and Board stakeholders in highly demanding, successful organizations
ā¢ Experience mentoring, guiding, or developing other consultants
ā¢ Native-level German and full professional fluency in English
ā¢ Intellectual curiosity, commercial awareness, and an international mindset
ā¢ Willingness to travel internationally when required
