Create and lead online culinary training programs for kitchen staff, focusing on skill development, technique, and food safety. Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to develop compelling culinary content and promotions. Monitor industry trends and incorporate them into menu planning and operational strategies. Utilize digital collaboration tools to effectively manage teams, communicate goals, and provide feedback. Conduct virtual site inspections or audits as needed to ensure operational standards are met. Qualifications:
Extensive professional culinary experience, with a significant portion in an executive or leadership role. Proven ability in menu engineering, recipe development, and food costing. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, ServSafe). Demonstrated success in managing budgets and controlling food costs. Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage remote teams.
