September 13, 2025 As a Remote Claims Examiner , you will be a key member of our operations team, responsible for the thorough and accurate review of claims. Your primary duty will be to investigate, analyze, and process claims in accordance with company policies and legal regulations. This role requires a meticulous and analytical professional with a strong understanding of claims procedures, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Claims Examination: Review, investigate, and adjudicate claims to determine coverage and liability, ensuring all relevant information is collected and documented. Compliance: Ensure all claims are processed in strict compliance with company policies, state and federal regulations, and industry standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims-related activities, communications, and decisions within our claims management system. Communication: Effectively communicate with claimants, clients, and internal teams to gather information, explain decisions, and resolve inquiries. Analysis: Analyze complex claim data and reports to identify trends, potential fraud, and areas for process improvement. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues or discrepancies in claims to ensure fair and timely resolution. Performance: Meet or exceed established productivity and quality metrics for claims processing. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a claims examiner or in a similar role within the [e.g., insurance, healthcare] industry. Strong knowledge of claims processing procedures and industry best practices. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with claims management software and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload in a remote setting.
