Remote Event Planning Assistant

This role sits right at the intersection of client coordination, planning, and execution. You’ll work directly with clients to bring their events to life, from early conversations through final details, while keeping everything organized behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Communicate directly with clients to gather event details, preferences, and goals
• Assist in planning timelines, logistics, and coordination across vendors
• Help manage event calendars, scheduling, and confirmations
• Support vendor outreach, follow-ups, and coordination
• Track budgets, invoices, and basic reporting for events
• Ensure all details are organized and executed smoothly leading up to event dates
• Assist with last-minute changes and problem-solving as needed

• Ability to problem-solve quickly and stay calm under pressure
• Tech-comfortable (email, calendars, spreadsheets, basic tools)
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
