Remote Event Planner, Virtual Experiences

Our client, a dynamic events company specializing in unique virtual experiences, is looking for a creative and organized Remote Event Planner to join their fully remote team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about designing and executing engaging online events, from corporate conferences and webinars to virtual team-building activities and product launches. You will manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including conceptualization, budgeting, vendor management, platform selection, attendee engagement strategies, and post-event analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning successful virtual events, a deep understanding of event technology platforms, and exceptional project management skills. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver memorable virtual experiences that meet and exceed expectations. Responsibilities include developing event timelines, coordinating speakers and content, managing event registration, overseeing technical aspects during live events, and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US while contributing to innovative events. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in event planning, with a strong focus on virtual or online events. Proven experience with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events, Hopin, Bizzabo). Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills. Strong budgeting and negotiation abilities. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
