Required Skills
Ā Familiarity with child development principles.
Ā Understanding of early learning and developmental benchmarks.

Ā Proficient in basic computer applications.
Ā Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
Qualifications
Ā A High School Diploma or GED is required; a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Ā Background in working with children in a teaching or instructional role is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Ā Experience in early childhood education and childcare settings is valued.
Ā Knowledge in curriculum and lesson planning is a plus.
Ā Comfortable engaging with parents and guardians regarding child development and education.
