Job Description
• Develop detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for assigned projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors to gather pricing and scope information
• Review design documents and flag constructability or cost issues
• Support bid strategies and preconstruction workflows

The Successful Applicant
• Estimating experience in the South Florida construction market
• Exposure to residential ground‑up and commercial/retail interiors
• Bachelor's degree in a construction‑related discipline
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with PlanSwift, OST, Procore, or BuildingConnected preferred
