The role involves providing expert legal advice, drafting legal documents, and preparing probate-avoidance estate plans for clients, all while enjoying the flexibility of a virtual work environment.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide expert legal advice on estate planning and business formation
ā¢ Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and business entity documents
ā¢ Consult with clients virtually to understand their goals and recommend tailored solutions
ā¢ Prepare comprehensive, probate-avoidance estate plans that protect families and assets
ā¢ Collaborate with our team and fellow network attorneys to ensure seamless client experiences
ā¢ Stay current on legal developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in estate planning
Skills
ā¢ Active state bar membership in good standing (no disciplinary record)
ā¢ Minimum 3 years of estate plan drafting experience
ā¢ Current private practice
ā¢ Residency in your state of practice
ā¢ Proficiency with technology (Microsoft Office, CRMs, virtual communication platforms)
ā¢ Comfortable conducting virtual/telephonic consultations
ā¢ Professional liability insurance
ā¢ Prior experience in business formation, special needs planning, elder law, taxation, or asset protection
ā¢ Admission to multiple state bars
ā¢ Bilingual skills
