[Remote] Estate Planning & Administration Paralegal

They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Estate Planning and Administration Paralegal to support the Managing Partner and ensure superior client service in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities • Support Managing Partner in drafting, proofreading, and finalizing estate planning documents • Prepare and file probate and estate administration documents throughout PA & NJ • Manage client billing, track time entries and schedule client meetings • Coordinate with vendors and financial institutions to quickly and accurately administer trusts and estates • Conduct client intake and host client meetings • Ensure clients have a clear understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and expectations • Maintain organized client files in addition to preparing and filing deeds Skills • 4+ years of estate administration experience as a Paralegal • Has completed 15+ estate administrations from start to finish • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous grammar and proofreading • Proficiency with e-filing systems and PA/NJ inheritance tax returns • Strong understanding of fiduciary or income tax principles and related documentation • Maintains a strong record of meeting on average seven billable hours per day • A paralegal certification and/or Notary Public certification • Proficiency with LEAP, CLIO, WealthCounsel, or similar platforms • Experience coordinating with financial professionals and managing workflows • Strong project management skills and adherence to deadlines Education Requirements • An Associate or Bachelor's degree Benefits • 10 Days PTO plus 10 firm-observed holidays • Health insurance stipend • 3% matching 401k once eligible to participate • Potential quarterly performance bonuses • Professional development and mentorship opportunities Company Overview • Sallen Law is an estate planning law firm in Montgomery County that provides clients with step-by-step guidance through will writing, trust creation, guardianship delegation, tax planning, and other important matters that help you safeguard your and your family’s financial future.
