Job DescriptionA large software and gaming company is looking for a REMOTE EST - Production Coordinator to joing a publishing production team within Creative Services. This person will support the Publishing Producers in planning and executing marketing campaigns. This includes scheduling and coordinating meetings, capturing and distributing detailednotes, and ensuring clear communication across projects. You will also help maintain project management tools (e.g., Airtable) and keep team documentation organized and upto date. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about working in technology or marketing environments.In this role, you willSchedule and coordinate meetings as directed by Publishing Producers, attend asneeded, take notes, and share recaps with stakeholdersSupport Publishing Producers in maintaining Airtable, ensuring campaign schedules are populated with key dates and tacticsProvide campaign support by maintaining documentation, organizing files, and helping Producers keep campaign resources currentMaintain team workflows and shared documentation by keeping spaces such as Slack channels and Notion organizedWe are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
