Responsibilities • Drive regional premium growth by developing retail agent partnerships, increasing engagement, and identifying new business opportunities. • Own and manage agent relationships, serving as the main point of contact for submissions, training, and ongoing support. • Collaborate with underwriting and service teams to ensure smooth execution, efficient production, and achievement of aggressive GWP goals.
