[Remote] Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst – Senior HB/PB (HB Resolute Focus)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hatch Pros is seeking a Senior Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst to support the consolidation of multiple service areas into a unified revenue cycle organization. The role involves guiding the build strategy, designing reporting pathways, and collaborating with leadership on workflow decisions.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary HB Resolute SME for newly forming revenue cycle team
• Lead new build work, configuration, and workflow optimization for HB (and PB when needed)
• Design and support custom reporting for executive-level users including CFO and VP Rev-Cycle
• Collaborate with BI/reporting teams to define KPIs, trending metrics, AR roll forwards, denial analytics, and board-level dashboards
• Advise leadership on best pathways for integrating previously separated rev-cycle groups into a unified structure
• Troubleshoot complex revenue cycle issues and ensure data integrity across workflows
• Participate in workflow design sessions, integration meetings, and transformation planning
• Support operational teams and provide mentorship during the build-out of the new rev-cycle organization
Skills
• Epic Resolute HB certification – Must have Minimum
• 7–10+ years Epic Revenue Cycle build experience
• Expert-level knowledge of HB workflows including claims, charge review, edits, remittance, AR, adjustments, and billing logic
• Strong experience building custom reports, extracts, and operational dashboards
• Experience supporting multi entity or complex healthcare systems
• Ability to communicate directly with CFOs, VPs, and Directors on rev cycle performance needs. – Critical that they have very professional communication
• Full background check required
• Requires drug testing that includes marijuana
• Candidates must be able to pass this test
• If a state prohibits marijuana testing, cannot hire contractors from that state
• Candidates must be asked if they are open to contract to hire and include Salary Range if they are in the states that we can hire from
• Must reside in one of the approved hiring states for long-term employment: FL, NC, MO, TX, SC, GA, TN
• Epic PB certification or strong PB experience
• Experience in rev-cycle consolidation or transformation environments
• Power BI, SQL, or Clarity/Caboodle familiarity
• Experience providing strategic recommendations for rev cycle modernization and workflow redesign
