[Remote] Epic PB/HB Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kelly is seeking an experienced Epic PB/HB Consultant for a fully remote, 6-month engagement supporting Patient Financial Services, Single Billing Office, and Revenue Integrity operations. The role involves serving as a PB/HB analyst, providing system support, and participating in Epic Quarterly Releases.
Responsibilities
• Serve as PB/HB analyst supporting PFS, SBO, and Revenue Integrity teams
• Resolve help desk tickets and provide day-to-day Epic system support
• Participate in Epic Quarterly Releases (NN review, build, and testing)
• Contribute to system enhancement initiatives and projects requiring PB/HB analyst expertise
Skills
• Epic PB Admin certification (SBO & Charge Router) – required
• Epic HB Admin, CDM, and HB Charge Router certifications – preferred
• Strong experience with Benefit Engine, Epic Security, and Fee Schedules – highly preferred
