• Guide clients through onboarding and application steps
Customer Support & Policy Management
• Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and changes
• Maintain regular communication and help clients stay informed on renewals
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience
Claims Assistance
• Help clients start and manage claims efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns
• Ensure policyholders understand timelines and expectations
Administrative & Compliance Duties
• Maintain organized, compliant records and documentation
• Follow industry regulations and company procedures
• Track client communications, updates, and reports accurately
What You Bring to the Table
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A client-first mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain an insurance license upon hire (we can help you get started)
