We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. In this entry-level, remote role, you will be assisting and advising clients with their insurance and financial product needs from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential clients via phone, email, and online chat.
Assist clients with understanding their insurance options (home, life, health, ancillary).
Identify and assess customer needs, offering appropriate solutions.
Help clients complete applications and process paperwork electronically.
Maintain accurate client records and update databases.
Work collaboratively with our sales team in a virtual environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Must obtain a Life and Health insurance license (We will provide support and resources to help you achieve this!)
