1. Collect, analyze, and interpret raw data from various sources.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain databases, data systems, and data models.
3. Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and implement data solutions.
4. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner.
5. Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies.
6. Support the design and creation of dashboards and data visualizations.
7. Perform quality assurance and data validation.
8. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.

1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
2. Proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, and multivariate testing.
3. Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
