? Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation
? Independently resolve routine and complex benefits issues
? Collaborate effectively with team members
Requirements:
? Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? Customer service experience is a plus
