Key Responsibilities
Ā Oversee the establishment and updates of client accounts.
Ā Ensure the accuracy of client profile information.
Ā Process online bidder approvals effectively.
Ā Update client information, generate reports, and manage shipping instruction requests.
Ā Maintain and organize mailing list data entries.
Ā Handle bidder/show cards and confirm sales tax details from bidder cards.
Ā Manage client survey responses.
Ā Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
Required Skills
Ā Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Ā Exceptional multitasking abilities with a strong emphasis on detail.
Ā A positive attitude coupled with a willingness to learn and grow.
Ā Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Ā A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry is required.
Ā Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Ā Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
