[Remote] Enterprise Performance Analytics Engineer

The Enterprise Performance Analytics Engineer will develop and maintain analytics infrastructure, ensuring data quality and enabling efficient reporting.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and maintain data pipelines, data marts, and other data components needed for the data analytics teamTransform data into well-documented, tested, and trusted datasets for analysis and reportingCollaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to understand data needs and implement models that support dashboards, KPIs, and deep-dive analysesHelp monitor data pipeline performance and resolve data quality issues proactivelyContribute to documentation of data models, definitions, and data lineageStay current with modern data stack tools and techniques and apply learning to support data team initiativesProvide ad hoc and regular cadence analytics and reporting that supports current goals and business initiativesProvide business support to the operations team as needed and interface with strategic customers when requiredSkillsProven analytical and organizational skills to meet deadlines in an environment of often-changing priorities, conceptual thinker comfortable with ambiguityProficiency in SQL and data warehousing conceptsUnderstanding of data modeling conceptsExposure to modern data stack toolsUnderstanding of version control systemsUnderstanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline conceptsAbility to work effectively with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver usable data assetsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience1-3 years of experience in a data-related role (e.g., data analyst, data engineering intern, analytics engineer)BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO) and Company Paid Holidays100% Employer paid medical, dental, and vision insurance plan optionsHealth Savings Account and Flexible Spending AccountsBi-weekly HSA employer contributionCompany paid Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability401(k) Retirement Plan, with Company MatchCompany OverviewCare Access helps people learn more about their health and participate in clinical research to help find new medicines and cures.
