BURGEON IT SERVICES is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Tool Consultant with expertise in Ardoq to implement, configure, and optimize EA tooling. The role focuses on supporting enterprise architecture governance and strategic planning by maintaining high-quality architectural data and visualizations.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Implement, configure, and customize Ardoq EA tooling
ā¢ Design and maintain EA repositories, metamodels, taxonomies, and relationships
ā¢ Align EA tooling with TOGAF, ArchiMate, and capability-based planning
ā¢ Build dashboards, reports, and heatmaps for leadership and governance
ā¢ Support Architecture Review Boards (ARB/TRB)
ā¢ Integrate Ardoq with ServiceNow, Jira, CMDB, PPM tools using APIs/automation
ā¢ Define EA tool standards, best practices, and governance
ā¢ Provide training and documentation for architects and contributors
ā¢ Ensure data quality and lifecycle management of EA artifacts
Skills
ā¢ Strong hands-on experience with Ardoq
ā¢ Enterprise Architecture frameworks: TOGAF, ArchiMate
ā¢ EA metamodel and repository design
ā¢ EA governance and portfolio management
ā¢ Dashboards, visualizations, and reporting
ā¢ API-based integrations and automation
ā¢ Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
ā¢ 5ā8+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or EA tooling
ā¢ Proven experience implementing EA tools in large/medium enterprises
ā¢ Bachelor's degree required
ā¢ Consulting or advisory experience preferred
ā¢ Experience in regulated industries is a plus
ā¢ Master's preferred
ā¢ TOGAF / Ardoq certification is a plus
