Remote English Teacher (Middle-Highschool)

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and experienced teachers to join our robust educational team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong, comprehensive background in middle school and high school English. This includes reading comprehension, writing skills, grammar, and critical thinking. This will be a remote teaching position for students of Middle School and/or High school. Duties • Be an expert at middle school and high school English subjects. • Adapt to students' unique learning styles and tailor your approach accordingly. • Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. • Provide individualized tutoring and support to students who may require additional assistance. • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary to ensure all students achieve their learning objectives. • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote student success and well-being. • Become fluent in our online learning platform. Experience • Teaching English (1+ year) to Middle or High School students. • Virtual teaching experience preferred. • Teaching reading skills and/or writing skills. • Bachelor's degree is required.
