As a Remote ELL Teacher, you will play a vital role in helping non-native English speakers develop their language skills through engaging online lessons and activities. Key Responsibilities:
Work with students in grades K-12, with a focus on 4-12, to develop their English language skills
Design and deliver engaging online lessons and activities to support language acquisition
Utilize technology and online teaching platforms, including Zoom and Google Meets, to facilitate virtual instruction
Collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality education and support for our students
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Certification in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) or a similar qualification
Experience teaching ELL students, preferably in a virtual setting
Proficient in using technology and online teaching platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with diverse learners
Knowledge of New Hampshire's educational standards and guidelines for ELL instruction is a plus
VocoVision Requirements:
Applicants must be comfortable working as an Independent Contractor
Candidates will be required to pass a tech screening ensuring Wi-Fi, download speeds, and Zoom capabilities are proficient
Contractors must obtain professional liability insurance before the beginning of assignment
