[Remote] Emergency Response Team (ERT) Security Analyst

The Emergency Response Team (ERT) Security Analyst will serve as the primary contact for customers in need of immediate security assistance, ensuring the functionality of protected services and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for customers needing timely assistance during security incidentsProvide immediate and direct security support for customers under attackEnsure the continued functioning of protected services and customer satisfactionSkillsAt least 1 year experience in application security or Master's degree in Cyber SecurityGood understanding of network design (e.g. LAN/WAN, switches/routers, routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF) and protocols (e.g., IPv4, TCP/IP, VPN, IPSec, HTTP, DNS)Good understanding of and experience with security Wireshark, Kali LinuxCustomer and service orientedGood troubleshooting and diagnosis capabilitiesWilling to be on alert during off-work hoursExcellent communication skills and team workExcellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skillsPerceptive, fast learner, and able to perform well under pressureExperience in similar positions/companiesBSc/BA in Computer Science or equivalentKnowledge in scripting languageGraduated Networking or Security coursesCompany OverviewRadware provides application delivery and security solutions for virtual and cloud data centers It was founded in 1997, and is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv, ISR, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
