KPIs you will achieve: • Create 20 to 25 emails per week for our clients • Testing 2 to 3 new AB variations in flows per week Initiatives / Outcomes for Success: • You will find new segments to be used for campaigns • You will migrate all SMS clients to Attentive • You will develop advanced reporting in Klaviyo Key Responsibilities: • You will schedule all campaigns and flows per the email calendar • You will manage lists and segments on client accounts • You will report campaign and flow performance • You will develop systems that prevent errors in email and SMS campaigns • You will keep all client lists healthy Deal Makers: • Deep understanding of Klaviyo • Efficient communication, follow up skills, and reporting • Attention to detail • Creating and following SOP's • High level strategic thinking Deal Breakers: • “Me First” vs a “We First” Attitude • Inability to take constructive criticism Technical Competencies: • 3+ years of e-comm email experience • Deep understanding of Klaviyo Compensation: • 65000-84000 + Bonus • Health Insurance • PTO • Remote Work Hiring Process • Our hiring processes are unusually thorough.
