Job Title: Remote Email Marketing Manager (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,500 - 1,800 USD/month paid via Square Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time Our Client Our client is a fast-growing, women-owned snack brand with a national retail presence across the U.S. They focus on creating innovative, delicious snacks that bring joy and convenience to consumers everywhere. Job Overview We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Email Marketing Manager to lead our client's B2C and direct-to-consumer (DTC) email marketing efforts. This role is crucial for driving sales, engaging their community, and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns. You will manage email flows, run A/B tests, design campaigns, and work with their team to build a loyal customer base. Responsibilities: • Set up, manage, and automate email flows including welcome, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns • Create, segment, and send multiple targeted email campaigns weekly • Run detailed A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and timing • Manage complex automations to personalize customer journeys • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable reports • Collaborate with design and copy teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency • Develop and execute strategies to build a strong and engaged community around the brand • Maintain and update email subscriber lists and segmentation • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies: • Proven experience managing email marketing for brands (2+ years preferred) • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo) • Experience with automation setup, segmentation, and A/B testing • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Creative mindset with a passion for building customer communities • Understanding of marketing compliance and CAN-SPAM regulations • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Benefits: • Flexible remote work from Latin America • Paid time off and holidays as per company policy • Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing, women-owned brand • Collaborative and supportive team environment Application Disclaimer: Please Read Before Proceeding To ensure a fair and efficient hiring process, all applications must meet the mandatory requirements listed in the job description.
