Key Responsibilities Designing Impactful Campaigns • Translate brand identity into compelling email templates that are mobile-friendly, visually cohesive, and conversion-focused. • Work closely with content writers and digital marketers to align design with messaging strategies. • Develop engaging visuals for automated drip campaigns, newsletters, and seasonal promotions. A/B Testing & Optimization • Design alternate versions of email creatives to support A/B testing efforts and help drive data-backed decisions. • Leverage feedback and performance insights to enhance visual elements. Collaboration and Brainstorming • Join virtual brainstorming sessions and pitch ideas that add creative flair to the customer journey. • Align with development teams to ensure seamless integration across email service platforms. Accessibility and Compliance • Ensure all email designs comply with accessibility standards and support cross-platform rendering. • Understand CAN-SPAM and GDPR-related design practices.
