Responsibilities Write and update monthly alumni spotlights Produce web content for the alumni microsite (resources, applications, events) Assist with newsletter-style updates and content Participate in calls/interviews with alumni or team members Research and implement strategies to boost engagement and site traffic Upload/publish content when provided access and instruction Skills Strong journalistic or editorial writing background Experience writing for nonprofit, education, or alumni/community engagement platforms Understanding of web publishing and basic CMS usage (training can be provided) Self-starter who can manage tasks with minimal oversight Comfortable conducting interviews and turning them into compelling stories Familiarity with storytelling strategies that boost visibility and engagement Time Zone Preference: U.S. Eastern or Central Time Preferred Company Overview Compose.ly helps companies drive traffic and leads with great content.
