Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fantasy Football Index is launching a new NCAA football annual and is seeking an editor and lead writer to support this initiative. The role involves overseeing the editorial process, developing story ideas, and ensuring timely delivery of content.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead the end-to-end editorial process from ideation to final proofing
ā¢ Develop themes and story ideas
ā¢ Write features
ā¢ Commission features from contributing writers and edit/proof their work
ā¢ Liaise closely with the publisher and designer
ā¢ Ensure all editorial content is delivered according to strict deadlines
Skills
ā¢ Experience with writing and editing according to deadlines
ā¢ Deep knowledge of NCAA football
ā¢ Writing, editing and proofing
ā¢ Ability to conceive engaging themes and topics
