[Remote] Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager

Dynamics Door is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 F&O projects across the organization. This role involves overseeing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving successful project outcomes on time and within budget. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations and upgrades, from initial planning through go-live and post-deployment support. • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications within Dynamics F&O. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocations. • Manage internal project teams and external Dynamics partners, vendors, and consultants to ensure cohesive and timely execution. • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution when needed. • Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, and user acceptance (UAT) to ensure high-quality solution delivery. • Drive change management, user training, and adoption strategies to support successful deployment and long-term utilization. • Provide regular progress reports and executive-level updates to stakeholders and leadership. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and Microsoft best practices. Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. • 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects in a mid-to-large enterprise environment. • In-depth understanding of Finance & Operations modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management. • Strong knowledge of ERP project lifecycles, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet for project planning and reporting.
