Remote DR - Empires State Radiology - Rockville Ce
The Radiology Physician provides radiological health care services to patients within the scope of their license. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging examinations, interpreting medical images, conducting assessments and screenings, prescribing appropriate treatments, and instructing patients and family members on radiological procedures and treatment options, as well as other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
ā¢ Graduation for an accredited medical school as a Medical Doctorate (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
ā¢ Licensed as a Radiology Physician by the state in which the provider is practicing.
ā¢ Board Certification in Radiology by a nationally accredited medical organization (e.g., American Board of Radiology - ABR) is preferred unless required by contract.
ā¢ Specialty Certification as per client request and/or state regulations if applicable.
ā¢ One year of experience as a Radiology Physician preferred.
ā¢ Role may require collaboration with advanced practitioners per state/facility requirements.
ā¢ Current CPR if applicable
ā¢ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
ā¢ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
ā¢ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
ā¢ Must be at least 18 years of age
ā¢ Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice under licensure and scope.
