Remote Dispatcher/Customer Service

In this role, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero, coordinating logistics, supporting our inspectors, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects our commitment to quality and efficiency. What You’ll Do: • Assign and dispatch inspection requests to our network of field inspectors nationwide. • Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails with clarity, professionalism, and urgency. • Keep detailed, accurate records of inspection activities and updates. • Monitor open inspections to ensure timely completion and proactive communication. • Juggle multiple priorities while providing outstanding customer service. • Collaborate with the operations team to keep everything running smoothly. What We’re Looking For: • You MUST have a dedicated, quiet home workspace with no distractions during working hours. • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Confidence using phones, databases, and online systems. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Dispatching experience is preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person who’s eager to learn. Position Details: • Job Type: Full-Time (Remote) • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM EST (after training) • Pay: $20.00 – $24.00/hour (based on experience) • Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off Why Join Verity?
