Remote Dispatcher & Project Manager (Pool Repair Experience Required)
Mr. Pool Leak Repair is hiring a remote Pool Leak Detection Phone Tech to support our growing operations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This is not an entry-level position — you must have prior experience in pool leak detection or pool repair.
If you know your way around pool plumbing, structure, skimmers, or return lines — and you’re ready to work from home, answer calls, quote jobs, and help close deals — this could be the perfect role for you.
This is a remote, full-time position with a base salary of $55,000/year plus commissions on closed jobs. You’ll play a key role in communicating with customers, coordinating repair jobs, and helping diagnose issues over the phone.

• Answer inbound calls from homeowners needing leak detection or repair
• Guide customers through our process and ask the right questions to understand the issue
• Use your pool knowledge to help identify potential problems over the phone
• Quote jobs and explain our pricing, warranties, and repair options
• Schedule leak detections and coordinate with field technicians
• Document calls and update customer records in our CRM
• Follow up on estimates, approvals, and payments

• Must have experience in pool leak detection or pool repair (this is non-negotiable)
• Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area (required for regional knowledge)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong phone communication and customer service skills
• Confident quoting high-ticket repairs ($1,000–$5,000+)
• Comfortable using apps like Housecall Pro, CRMs, and communication tools
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Must have a quiet home office with reliable internet and phone setup
