International Refrigeration Contracting Company seeking remote Service Dispatcher. Successful candidate will work from home office 30-40 hours per week. Hours 10:30 - 18:30 central time. Hours may be adjusted with season
This is a contract position working from home office. Successful candidate will answer company phones, manage customer service requests, including dispatching, schedule field staff, assist with management of customer maintenance plans, extensive inventory work in company & Google databases. Must demonstrate extensive experience in Google Office Products.
Successful candidate will have be required work from a quiet dedicated home office environment with PC, second computer screen , laser printer, multi page scanner and quality internet service (Apple Products do not operate in our system ). We furnish company telephone, printer paper. Post High School training should be indicated in resume.
