[Remote] Director, Strategic Sourcing and Category Management

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Claritev is focused on increasing spend under management and implementing strategic sourcing strategies that deliver value to the business. The Director will lead category managers and manage spend across various categories while developing relationships with internal clients and optimizing procurement processes. Responsibilities • Develop internal client relationships to gain insight & understanding of their strategic priorities, roadmaps, and business requirements • Develop category management organization, team member capabilities, strategic sourcing playbooks / processes • Lead, develop and manage sourcing and vendor management strategies across the enterprise to deliver value • Lead cross-functional sourcing teams and enterprise initiatives from strategy development through sourcing, contracting and implementation • Optimize and consolidate supply base across procurement categories • Define and implement process improvements that increase customer satisfaction, reduce cycle time and deliver efficiency gains while ensuring compliance with policies and mitigating supplier risk • Develop new vendors as needed to provide the capacity and sustainability required to support current and future needs • Facilitate and support ESG initiatives, by identifying, engaging, and developing diverse vendors • Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements • Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within • Please note due to the exposure of PHI sensitive data -- this role is considered to be a High Risk Role • The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
