[Remote] Director of Talent Development

This role will oversee learning technologies and partnerships while driving a culture of continuous learning to ensure a high-performing workforce. Responsibilities • Leads the enterprise-wide strategy and execution of learning, leadership development, and career growth initiatives. • Partners across the People Organization and with business leaders to design and deliver innovative, data-driven development experiences. • Oversees enterprise learning technologies, vendor partnerships, budget oversight, and end-to-end learning ecosystem. • Ensures scalability, inclusivity, and measurable business impact. • Drives a culture of continuous learning, leveraging insights, technology, and modern methodologies to enable employees to grow and thrive. Skills • Experience in leading enterprise-wide learning and development strategies. • Proven track record in designing and delivering innovative learning experiences. • Strong understanding of leadership development and career growth initiatives. • Ability to partner effectively with business leaders and the People Organization. • Experience overseeing learning technologies and vendor partnerships. • Budget oversight experience. • Ability to drive a culture of continuous learning. • Strong analytical skills to leverage insights and measure business impact. • Familiarity with modern methodologies in talent development.
