They are seeking a Director of Sales to maintain and grow business with key accounts, manage cross-functional teams, and develop sales strategies for new opportunities. Responsibilities β€’ Owns primary responsibility to maintain and grow existing annual business with key named accounts β€’ Manages large cross functional team in the delivery of all RAD products and services β€’ Provides accurate quarterly and annual forecast guidance for bookings and revenue β€’ Promotes RAD’s products and solutions within the assigned region β€’ Develop sales strategy to identify and pursue opportunities β€’ Clearly and concisely documents all customer engagements β€’ Provide detailed customer feedback for product planning purposes β€’ Develops and presents detailed sales strategy and progress to internal management team β€’ Prospects for and develops other CSP accounts as assigned Skills β€’ Must have demonstrated thorough understanding of Brightspeed and Lumen organizations and sales processes with existing senior level relationships and references from both accounts β€’ Requires a strong 'hunter' mentality with a focus on generating new business at both existing and prospect accounts as assigned β€’ Must have a proven track record of selling telecommunication products and solutions (Ethernet, TDM technologies, IIoT) to Service Providers in the US β€’ Must have demonstrated consistent top performance within previous sales positions β€’ Must be a strong cross functional manager β€’ Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills β€’ Must be passionate about sales and have an entrepreneurial ability to execute a business plan β€’ Demonstrated capability to deliver against aggressive goals β€’ Possess integrity, self-motivation, and professionalism to collaborate well with others β€’ Established industry contacts and strong rolodex of customers in the region β€’ Minimum Bachelor's degree or extensive demonstrated experience; MBA a plus β€’ Denver or Charlotte based locations are a plus Company Overview β€’ RAD delivers best-of-breed edge, xHaul and Industrial IoT solutions for communications service providers and critical infrastructure operators.
