Lead a team of 5 Senior Client Managers to manage and deepen relationships with 400+ respected brands, driving revenue growth and improving share.
Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a culture of learning, coaching, and consultative relationship management.
Partner with internal colleagues to develop partnership and marketing assets that drive business results.
Stay up-to-date with the latest payment trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.
Model key sales behaviors and skills, balancing deal and skill coaching to drive team performance.
Focus on increasing Merchant Satisfaction and maximizing profits with an enterprise approach.
