Key Details • Compensation: $180,000 – $190,000 per year • Experience Level: Expert & Leadership (9+ years) • Job Type: Full Time • Visa Sponsorship: Unknown • Industries: Safety Technology, Public Safety Responsibilities Lead a technology roadmap to optimize connected SaaS systems architecture, integrations, and workflows Drive the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap Serve as a bridge between business units, IT Applications, IT Project Management, Data & Analytics, and Security teams to align applications, data, and workflows with business goals Architect enterprise automation, minimize system duplication, and guide scalable, secure end-to-end solutions Standardize across a unified iPaaS solution, design and implement scalable SaaS integrations, and incorporate AI-driven capabilities while ensuring data integrity and security Build and lead a team to collaborate with cross-functional business department stakeholders Provide technical vision to lead the design and governance of APIs, web services, middleware, and AI frameworks across SaaS business applications for seamless data flow and process automation Collaborate with Architects and cross-functional business teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, People) to compile a prioritized, rolling Integrations Roadmap aligned with business strategy Architect practical solutions via microservices, event-driven systems, containerization, API-first designs, and AI-enabled platforms to build connected, reusable, secure, and scalable ecosystems Hire and build a team to meet the company’s growth strategy Lead or participate in technical design sessions and create/maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and operational guidelines Collaborate with IT teams (Application Admins, Developers, IT Project Management, IT Support & Solutions), Security, and Data & Analytics for successful implementations Collaborate with vendors to harness ROI and drive adoption of software investments Establish and enforce integration development standards for reliability and performance of integrated solutions Implement frameworks and integration strategy to manage AI tools for efficiency and productivity goals while managing risk, privacy, and compliance Requirements 8+ years of progressive experience designing and implementing integration solutions 5+ years leading technical resources in dynamic, high-growth environments Skills • iPaaS • SaaS Integrations • AI Strategy • Enterprise Architecture • Workflow Automation • Data Analytics • Security • Automation • Data Integrity Apply tot his job
